Brain Music ("the App") is developed by Hiroaki Yokoyama ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Brain Music does not currently require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All listening sessions are anonymous and stay on your device.
The App's backend infrastructure (Supabase) is provisioned for future features but is not currently used to collect or store user data. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance of the change taking effect.
Brain Music does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
The App does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, as no personal data is collected at all.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Brain Music（以下「本アプリ」）は横山裕章（以下「当方」）が開発しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは現在アカウント登録を必要とせず、個人を特定できる情報の収集・保存・送信は一切行っていません。すべての再生セッションは匿名で、端末内に留まります。
